Family Photos

Last summer we took a monumental road trip, which also included a family reunion and the first complete family picture for my side of the family in a number of years. My cousin's wife, Jill, is a great photographer and she was kind enough to spend an evening after the reunion taking all of our families' pictures and we just had to share them. I've put together a bunch of slide shows so you can see what great work she did (and also see what a great-looking family we have!).

Our Family

My Siblings' Families

Some great black and white shots
(we love B&W pictures)

The Entire Clan
There are pictures of my parents, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, siblings, and the whole family

My absolute favorite is the one of all the cousins together on the grass. SO CUTE. Have you ordered any yet?

For your family, I like the one in front of the coal shed door. It is close up enough to cut out the fact that the actual shed has been replaced. Love the old door. I love them all. Jill is an awesome photographer.

So cute. I'm proud to be in the fam! I like so many of them that I'm having a hard time deciding which ones to print and hang!

Thanks for posting these, Sweetie. They are great.

We haven't ordered any yet. We have a big, huge list of stuff we're working on and that is one of them. :P

THIS IS FOR MARK. I HOPE YOU ENJOY A PRAYER FOR OWEN MEANY. I STILL THINK OF HIM WHEN I SEE LOTS OF CAPS.

KARA, I AM ENJOYING A PRAYER FOR OWEN MEANY, ALTHOUGH I AM STILL EARLY IN THE BOOK. I CAN SEE WHY YOU THINK OF HIM WHEN YOU SEE CAPS, THOUGH.

Thanks for all the compliments on the photos. It really was a great shoot. Now to pick the ones for display . . .

Son, thank you for doing this on your blog. I don't have the words to express my feeling right now but I can't stop smiling at all the pictures as the slide shows cycle through them. These photos I will treasure the rest of my life. Already the pictures are outdated - Ada and Dave and Emily's expectant #3.
