1. While playing Ticket to Ride USA as a family tonight, Thing 2 takes his first turn by laying down trains right away. Mark says, "Whoa, he's off to a fast start," to which Thing 2 replies, "That's because I'm a serious businessman!"
2. During our before bed routine, we're all giving each other hugs and he and Thing 1 snuggle right up to Mark and Thing 2 smiles and waxes poetic, from his cuddly spot, "Like bees to a flower!"
And let's not get started on the potty talk knock knock jokes (thanks, Kaden!) . . .

You really got this one up quickly! I was going to post about it myself after the multiple piggy-back rides upstairs.
They crack me up! At least he chose a pleasantly aromatic way to describe it. Beats "like flies to stink."
Hi-larious. I love keeping track of the funny things kids say.
Keep an eye on that one. He might start taking after Uncle Scott.
How cute! I love the bees to the flower comment.
Ugh the potty talk!!! Kaden and Tanner taught Luke too. Haha. Poor Jill.
Heh. I can't blame Kaden too much. After all, our kids didn't see Jill's blog and Mark and I willingly shared the jokes. :P I love Jenny's comment on there about being her kids' hero with those jokes! HA!
I love Ticket to Ride.
Thing 2 is awesome.
THese are fabulous!
And I have bad news for April, a lot of our potty talk they say they learned from Luke! I think it comes with being a boy.
No worries, I would like to think they will outgrow it, but Kent still thinks a good poop joke is pretty funny.
That's so cute! We just played Ticket To Ride for Gary's birthday party and the boys loved it!
What a quick thinker you have on your hands (actually, I know you have a pair of them). Love it!
