20 years ago today,
this boy kissed this girl
and she couldn't imagine feeling happier.
~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~
20 years later,
She's happier than she ever could've dreamed.
And it gets better every day.
That's Us. A Little Highbrow. A Little Mundane.
From The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield--there's a great description of a minor character (the doctor's wife) in the book. It goes like this (page 104):
"The doctor's wife wasn't a bad woman. She was sufficiently convinced of her own importance to believe that God actually did watch everything she did and listen to everything she said, and she was too taken up with rooting out the pride she was prone to feeling in her own holiness to notice any other failings she might have had. She was a do-gooder, which means that all the ill she did, she did without realizing it."

Awwww. So sweet! I was so surprised when Dave could tell me the date of our first kiss a few months after we started dating. I must be such a great kisser that he marked the date in his mind. :)
Wow, i cant believe you have hit 20!! so exciting. I am pretty sure that both scott and i have erased the date in our minds of our first kiss. Yes, it was that awkward. Haha
