Sesame Street is Great

I was looking for information on any albums being released by some of my favorite artists and came across this gem.

Sesame Street has always been great at bringing in actors, musicians, politicians, etc., and and then doing something interesting with them. I'm a big Dave Matthews fan and I thought this spot was a lot of fun. Enjoy!

LOVE Sesame Street. And Dave Matthews is awesome - the guy just oozes "mellow." I love his voice.

Love Sesame Street. Have you seen the Andy Samberg one? Funny.

I love Dave Matthews.

He really does mellow. SNL is pretty aggressive about keeping clips of their show off the internet, otherwise I would have posted a clip to "The Mellow Show." Andy Samberg, host, as Jack Johnson; Joseph Gordon Levitt as Jason Mraz; Bill Hader as Dave Matthews; and Dave Matthews as Ozzie Osborne. It is so hilarious.

Emily, I haven't seen the Andy Samberg clip you're talking about. Is it the interview with Bert, or a different one?

Yeah, Kim, I'm a pretty big DM fan as well. I just saw that he and Tim Reynolds are doing a 2-night engagement in New Orleans. I so wish he was taking that show on tour.

These are great. I love REM doing "Shiny, Happy Monsters." Feist singing "1234" is great, too (http://www.hulu.com/watch/128561).
I was in the grocery store one day with J. and saw a DVD of these music segments. I was so excited. I practically begged J. to say he wanted it so I could buy it. He didn't.

You should have bought the DVD for yourself anyway. Those are great. The Feist video was really cute, too.
