That's Us. A Little Highbrow. A Little Mundane.
From The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield--there's a great description of a minor character (the doctor's wife) in the book. It goes like this (page 104):
"The doctor's wife wasn't a bad woman. She was sufficiently convinced of her own importance to believe that God actually did watch everything she did and listen to everything she said, and she was too taken up with rooting out the pride she was prone to feeling in her own holiness to notice any other failings she might have had. She was a do-gooder, which means that all the ill she did, she did without realizing it."

Last year I scored off the charts on this test. I just passed the 12 month marker.
My insurance called me after having Griffin to check for depression and after getting my answer to this test they called me several times a day for weeks. I think they were worried I might lose it.
I think we got through it just fine! But it was definitely stressful. You guys are going through many of the same changes and I can empathize with the high stress and sleepless nights.
Call me if you need to vent or go get some ice cream!
You're not kidding. I may take you up on that!! I've been craving a big, tall chocolate malt. Mmmmmm. I've recently discovered how yummy malt is in hot cocoa, too!
Anyway, yeah, sleepless nights. You're not kidding. I'm not a roll-with-it kind of person (I envy those who are). We're doing okay--mostly trying to keep up and not stress out!! :P
