Here's a recent creation of hers. This is her absolute favorite stuffed cat (sort of like Linus's blanket)--she calls this "Menedy saying bad words."

That's Us. A Little Highbrow. A Little Mundane.
From The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield--there's a great description of a minor character (the doctor's wife) in the book. It goes like this (page 104):
"The doctor's wife wasn't a bad woman. She was sufficiently convinced of her own importance to believe that God actually did watch everything she did and listen to everything she said, and she was too taken up with rooting out the pride she was prone to feeling in her own holiness to notice any other failings she might have had. She was a do-gooder, which means that all the ill she did, she did without realizing it."

What an inteligent grandaughter.
I am Shocked that Menedy would say any bad words. (Thing 1, you know I'm kidding, right?) Very clever. Now that you're home, I'm looking forward to a new Magic Violinist post.
HA! That is awesome! You are very observant, little one.
This is too funny. NIce work!
HILARIOUS. Make sure to check out the P.S. to this post (posted right after this one once I found out the scoop behind it all). :P
