You knew this was coming.
It is harder to find songs for sons
than it is to find songs for daughters.
But I've found one that I like.
This little boy brings so much energy and laughter to our lives.
He teaches us to not take ourselves too seriously.
He came at a time that was very difficult for me emotionally.
And I've always felt badly about that.
I didn't feel like I knew how to be a Mom to a colicky baby
and an energetic toddler son.
But he taught me.
He teaches us a lot of wonderful things.
And we are buddies, him and me.
And I always pray that I'm being the best Mom I can be
for our children.
I want to do right by them.
Like our beautiful girl, this handsome boy is growing up
right before my eyes.
This song chokes me up. This IS my wish.
I adore this little boy.
This is our valentine for him.
We are so lucky to be his parents.
We love you.

Oh my goodness, I forget how tiny they are at first. What a sweet boy! There's something special between moms and sons that I am so grateful I get to experience. I love boys.
I love that little guy! Thanks for sharing the slide show.
Does he always look that happy?!
What a sweet little guy. I love his beg grin, but I love his little shy, reserved grin even better. There's something mischievous that I relate to there! He was a chunker as a baby! So cute. LOVE those skateboard pictures at the end. He is such a little man!
(Great song. We play that when a girl graduates one of our programs at school.)
WOW! What a great collage of Max. It was fun to go down memory lane with him. He is loved!
Honestly, he is usually that happy. He is our comic relief on a daily basis. I laughed out loud every few pictures because he is just that way. And yes, Jessica, he was such a chunk--especially those cheeks.
